SPECIAL EVENTS

Asthma Walk

The Asthma Walk is the national signature event to raise awareness and funds to support the American Lung Association's asthma education and research.

    • Asthma affects nearly 500,000 men, women and children in the Bay Area.
    • Asthma accounts for one-third of all pediatric emergency room visits.
    • Common items such as pollen, dust, mold, secondhand smoke and pet dander can trigger a serious asthma attack - at anytime.
